Our shipping process is designed to be simple and transparent. After your quote, order, and labels are approved, our team will provide the details needed for shipping and logistics.

• Remove old labels from shipping boxes.
• Ensure shipping labels are clearly visible and flat. If multiple labels are required (carrier + fulfillment center), place them side by side.

• Sellers must provide valid tracking for every shipment.
• Upload a receipt or tracking screenshot (for drop-off or pickup) — this is required for courier claims and payout processing.
• Missing or late tracking may delay or void payout.

• Based on your cashout value, our team will advise whether to ship to our US or international address.

• For extra security, we recommend shipping insurance and obtaining a drop-off receipt.
• If something arrives damaged, no stress! We can either return it or adjust the payout based on the condition. Please pack your items carefully to avoid any issues.

Item Condition: All items must be checked before packing. No tears, holes, or rips (minor dents acceptable). Undeclared damage may result in payout adjustments upon delivery.

Packing Standards: Pack items securely and with care. Fully seal and reinforce boxes. If possible, organize or list contents per box.

Photo Documentation: Please provide clear photos of items before sealing, packed & sealed boxes, all boxes together (showing total quantity), and the pickup or drop-off process.

Proof of Shipment: Drop-off receipt or pickup confirmation required, preferably showing date, location, and number of boxes.

Tracking: Tracking must be active and updated. Shipment must be scanned in (not label created only).

• Shipment is only considered handed over when tracking is scanned in and all requirements are met.
• Liability remains with the Seller until valid proof is provided.
• Upon valid handover, liability transfers to Mintflux Co (for company-provided labels).
• No valid proof = Seller remains fully liable and no claims will be accepted.
• Mintflux Co will handle courier claims (e.g. DHL, FedEx and UPS) and process any reimbursement accordingly.
• Box count must match across photos, receipt, and tracking.

Quantity Flexibility: No worries if quantity differs from declared. No penalties — payouts will be adjusted based on actual quantity received. You will be notified of any adjustments.

Our pricing is based on current market value, item condition, and demand. Check our price list for the latest rates. If your item isn't listed, request a personalized quote. A deal is only locked once both parties agree on the final price — no surprises.

Yes! We offer the most competitive quotes in the industry. If you find a better offer elsewhere, we'll match it — or even beat the average payouts of platforms like eBay.

Once both parties agree on the final price, the deal is locked. However, shipments must be dropped off or scanned within 48 hours of label issuance to maintain locked pricing. Delays beyond this window may lead to payout adjustments.

• Your account must be in good standing (no chargebacks, fraud flags, or violations).
• Items must be shipped according to Mintflux Co's instructions, including proper labeling and packaging.

The guarantee does not apply if:

• Items differ from the order submission, except for extra units or products overshipped beyond the original agreement (which will be credited and compensated in your final payout).
• Submissions or shipments are made without prior approval from the Mintflux Co team, or outside operating hours (Monday – Saturday, excluding Holidays).
• Shipments are damaged, poorly packaged, or missing proper labeling/tracking.
• Products are inauthentic, resealed, or lack valid proof of purchase.
• Items are not in acceptable condition (dents, tears, stains, etc).
• The package must be physically received by the Mintflux Co team.

Mintflux Co may suspend or revoke this guarantee for accounts engaged in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity, including fake tracking, repeated incorrect submissions, or intentional mislabeling.
